Who This Is For
This track is for the parent who knows something needs to shift — who is tired of reacting in ways they regret, who wants to be present but keeps getting pulled into survival mode. You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready.
The Curriculum
Each phase builds on the last — moving from awareness to practice to integration.
Month 1–2
We begin by mapping the nervous system patterns that drive your reactions at home. You will learn to identify your triggers, understand the root causes of your responses, and build the self-awareness that makes change possible.
Month 3–4
With awareness established, we build the daily practices and accountability structures that make regulation a habit rather than an effort. You will develop routines that support your nervous system and create consistency in your parenting.
Month 5–6
The final phase integrates everything into your identity as a parent-leader. You will develop communication systems for your family, practice leading from a regulated place, and leave with a sustainable framework for the long term.
