Introduction Calming Pod — Paid in Full
To secure your cohort seat, your Introduction Calming Pod session must be paid in full at least 1 week before your cohort start date. This session orients you to the C.A.L.M. Method framework and prepares you for Day 1 of the program.

Enrollment Call
If required, you'll be invited to a short enrollment call with a TCMI team member to answer any questions.
Acceptance Email
Upon acceptance, you'll receive a formal welcome email with next steps and your cohort details.
Select Your Tuition Plan
Choose from pay-in-full, monthly, or extended payment plans. All options are clearly outlined in your acceptance email.
Sign Your Agreement
Review and sign the enrollment agreement to confirm your commitment to the cohort.
